Negative: Bathroom should be updated. Bathtub has been cleaned but it’s at the point where it will never look clean. Also the bathroom door would not stay open

Positive: The only thing I can say positive is it was the location close to my brother’s celebration of life
Negative: I have stayed here before due to family living in Norco. I stayed here four years ago and nothing has been done in the four years. It was old. It was dirty. It was tired. The staff took way too long to make eye contact. I thought I was interrupting them.

Positive: It was nice that they allowed me to check in early. The weather was extremely hot and the cool room was a wonderful greeting.
Negative: This facility has a long driveway with a small entrance so it is way to miss. Upon arrival there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. Having to use the lobby restroom was an unpleasant experience. Half cup of coffee on the sink, a toilet not flushed and dirty with paper on the floor. The room was clean which was a relief after the lobby experience. It would be nice if the room had some tea or hot chocolate as an option to the coffee.
