Summary: Room was clean, staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast had many choices, all vere very good! They even had bbq at lunchtime(not sure if it was for graduation weekend, but it was appreciated.)

Summary: Booked through hotels.com. Credit card was charged even before arrival at hotel and check-in time was 3pm. Got to hotel and tried to have charges allotted to me changed but was told couldn’t happen because it was done through third party booking. Got to room and our king size room only had one chair. My brother’s king size room had two chairs. Our room had dated tub shower unit and brother’s room had an updated shower unit. There are no longer telephones in your room. When going to dinner, asked young man at desk if housekeeping could bring up chair to room was told housekeeping was gone for the day. He finally said we could take one from the lobby. Didn’t seem too keen on helping. Then asked why my credit card was charged $20 for each room and was told it was for incidentals and if everything was ok with room at end of stay that it would be reimbursed. Noticed a sticker on bathroom mirror that housekeeping would only be done every other day which meant none during our stay. Next morning, I had an almost lukewarm shower, but my spouse managed to get a hot shower. My sister in law said her shower seemed to be timed and water got cooler. Went to breakfast and buffet style most of the hot items, eggs and sausage patties were slightly warm. The day after the breakfast buffet was better. Upon Sunday checkout, the 2- $20 incidental credits did not post to our credit card until Monday and it is still showing pending status and it is now Friday.

Summary: Yes delicious. Waffles amazing, clean rooms, hot tub nice. Pool great. Staff amazing helpful friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Will be returning in less then 2 months

Summary: Staff at the front desk was very good. Very polite. The pool wasn’t in working order the first night. No big deal. My floor had someone that had 2 little dogs that barked and were left unattended apparently. Woke us up in the morning too. My room was never cleaned. Just the garbage had been taken and new towels but that was at my request. The “ convenient store” was a joke. Not stocked. Then to top it all off the compressor on the AC unit stopped working on the last night. Not the best stay. I made them aware and no one was really that concerned. Disappointing after spending $500!

Summary: Even though some of the hotel is under construction, our original room we reserved they do not have so we actually got a complementary upgrade & it was a huge suite. No questions asked & no issues. Seamless! Thank you Page

Summary: Booked a King bedroom for 2 nights . walked in to double queen without anyone saying anything . Went back down to switch to be told No Kings available . with no solution ... Asked to be switched for next day & they obliged . The reason for staying there & paying extra 50 rather then cheaper option was we wanted to take advantage of the pool . Kids pool party ( st least 15 ) day 1 ,which is fine & happens but day 2 there was an unidentified film that looked like a eroded babies diaper covering the entire pool ... Someone should give me some sort of credit as we didnt get the booked King bed or able to use the pool at all ...Very disappointing wish i took the photo but going to the pool , I left my cell in the room & wasn't going back down ...
