Positive: The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Our room had a great set up for us, the pool was excellent, and great to have an outlet mall across the street!!
Negative: The shampoo didn't really seem to suds up so we had to use significantly more than what we normally do, and the conditioner didn't seem to soften your hair and that was after again using a significant amount.
