Summary: The only complaint that I have about my stay at the Hampton Inn in Provo was that they did not tell us they would charge such a hefty fee for pets. I chose that hotel because it was pet friendly but they charged me way too much for one night for my two cats. It was as much as the cost of the room. I understand that the owners are responsible for damages but to charge that much money when it was not previously disclosed at the time of reservation is unacceptable and unfair. For that reason alone, I will probably book elsewhere next time.

Summary: Room was great, except that the A/C would not provide any heat all night. We didn’t want to have anyone coming in to fix it while we slept. Also the sink tap was very stiff and hard to turn on and off.

Summary: The room was large and clean and the breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable! The only reason I didn’t give my stay five stars is because of one staff member that was talking really loud about personal stuff that was offensive to me. I would still recommend this hotel though.
