Summary: Staff were friendly and the room was a good size. Booked room for 5 people but no bedding was provided for the sofa bed so had to squeeze into 2 beds. Breakfast was really poor, had very little in pastries, only had one batter mix banana flavour for waffles etc. everyone kept having to ask for things to be filled as they were empty and the fruit juice etc were like water with a hint of juice. Really poor quality.

Summary: No security. Back entrance doors unlocked 24-7. Staff tried to " clean the room" during morning breakfast time. Because she thought we had "checked out". We will never be back.

Summary: The hotel was fine. Room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the pool, which our 6-year-old was eager to use, was closed when we arrived. And throughout the entire stay it never reopened and we could never get a straight answer as to why it was closed or when it would reopen. Wouldn’t stop me from booking the property again, but it was a little frustrating.
