Summary: This was my second time staying at this hotel. Our first experience was great. The front desk clerk was wonderful, the room was really clean, hotel was quiet and breakfast the following morning was really good. This time, the front desk attendant was rude.They swipe card she gave us for the room didn’t work. Had to go back down. Second card didn’t work and had to go back down again. Finally, was given a different room and a third key card before we had success!. We were made to feel like the entire experience was a bother to her.

Summary: Front desk personnel were helpful and lobby was open and clean. Rooms were spacious, plenty of towels and other amenities. Mattresses are very firm. Carpet in hallways needs replacing - very worn in spots. Breakfast was adequate, coffee was plentiful and hot! Overall would stay here again.

Summary: This stay was for a family visit and as a Hilton Honors member, this was a convenient location. I was very surprise at the service offered for the price point and the pleasantness of the room. This was my third stay at this location and it will be my go to spot when ever I visit Family in Richmond.

Summary: Comfy pillow top mattress for the king bed. Nice glass shower with very warm water. A microwave and fridge were nice to have. Ice machine nearby. Only cons would be the loud highway being right there and no access to Netflix, etc. (without the HDMI stick), if u have a stick- bring it because it’s only cable tv otherwise.
