Summary: Valet Parking: I stayed at the hotel for two (2) nights and utilized Valet Parking, which offered in-out privileges. I was texted a link to retrieve my vehicle when ready, and it worked fairly well. When I returned the vehicle a second time, I was not resent another link. I went to retrieve it a second time using the same link, but it was inoperable. I think it would be a better option to use txt features for your vehicle, instead of the link -unless you can use the link for multiple days instead of having to receive a new txt link each time you return the vehicle to Valet during your stay. Bedding: The mattresses are hard. They are not very comfortable if you are not used to sleeping on a hard mattress. Restaurant (FL Restaurant): Limited Selections, if you choose to dine there. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Summary: The Marriott Hotel in downtown Richmond is in an excellent location to visit the city and take in its history and culture. This is an older property and it does occasionally show its age at times. We did find the staff to be very helpful in addressing and resolving any issues that arose. They made our stay very pleasant and we would definitely return there.

Summary: Super friendly staff. Valet parking made staying downtown easy and safe. Onsite restaurant and Starbucks were handy. (Make sure you order the gooey butter cake early...they run out!)

Summary: The rooms were clean. Any request we made was attended too. The breakfast in the VIP lounge was fairly good. The only one negative thing I can say about the place negatively was on Sunday morning. The VIP lounge was not stocked, and breakfast, which was supposed to be available at 7am, was not quite available at that time and there were several conferences starting early that morning in which hotel guests were attending. At 8:30, some of the drink items were still not stocked.

Summary: Hotel met expectations and Anna in the breakfast area was awesome. Easy check out and check in did not use the hotel amenities much due to being in for an adult tournament

Summary: The room was fine, just way too far from the elevator. Although the front desk personnel offered away from or near elevator, I suggested a little bit away and I ended up on the far end.
