Summary: I’m totally happy with this hotel, staff, food, and most importantly, how clean and well maintained it was. I would highly recommend this Hotel in Ruston, LA.

Summary: Receptionist was great at our check in. Overall, I don't recommend staying here. We don't often stay at Hampton Inns but this one has seen better days. I'm guessing because of so much college related traffic. The bed did not sleep well and had bed rails sticking out from under the mattress 6" that would cut someone's legs if not paying attention. We stacked the extra pillows to avoid the rails. Also, reserved a King Non-smoking and we received a double bed. Not the end of the world but not what we reserved and just too tired of traveling to discuss. We just expected better for the money.

Summary: Hampton Inn in Ruston needs a lot of help rooms are old and musty when the heater turned on had an awful smell. Bathroom shower would have been nice if the tub would drain properly and the Spicket in the tub which completely shut off so that the showers would have the force they needed.
