Summary: Tyler was very helpful when we checked in late and when we got home and discovered my daughter left a bag in room. He told us what to do and that they will send it when they receive the shipping label

Summary: Active construction going on overnight. No shampoo. Dirty elevator. Super nice night manager though!

Summary: The hotel was not able to accommodate my reservation for a a room with two queen beds. Instead, they put me into a room with one king bed. When I got to the room, the toilet wouldn’t flush. Also, the bathroom door handle was put on wrong. The lock was on the outside of the door instead of the inside. When I tried to speak to somebody about it at the front desk, there was no one there.

Summary: Nice hotel nice clean room got great recommendations from the evening staff. Breakfast was the worst, non edible, cold. Parking lot always wet and was icy in am. We were told "oh we put a note on the door" Not sure we would stay again.
