Summary: The hotel still conceptually is sound but is starting to show its age. Paint chips, carpet especially in the corners needs attention. The staff was friendly.

Summary: They doubled charged me for a pet and 4 days later I still have not gotten my money back. The front desk blamed it on hotel.com but a pet was never on my reservation.

Summary: Everything was great except for the location of our room. We were by the elevator and it sounded like a snow plow was outside our window starting at 5am when people began getting up and checking out. Either the elevator needs service, or that room shouldn’t be rented out until soundproofing can be installed somehow.
