Summary: The rooms could’ve been cleaner I found glasses underneath the bed our first stay on our second stay I found the sheets had a hole in them. The computer system was down so we could not have keys to our rooms so he had to leave them unlocked if we needed to leave.

Summary: Stayed overnight as a part of a bigger trip. Overall the hotel is nice, safe and convenient in location. I only scored it a 3 as part of the reason for booking this location was for the indoor pool (I have younger kids traveling) and after traveling for 8+ hrs telling them they can swim when we get to the hotel only to find out the pool was not open was a huge let down.

Summary: Room was not vacuumed stuff all over floor and bathroom dirty, wondered about sheets. No soap in bathroom got from desk. Check in staff were good and doing best they could with internet down and unable to make keys. Also bathroom in poor shape, toilet seat completely loose, tightened it myself so it could be used. and floor grout in very poor shape.

Summary: The room itself was nice. The bathroom area however was in pretty rough shape. The shower was small, the tile on the floor was loose and most of the grout was loose or missing. The bathroom sink had been broken and roughly epoxied back together. Sink handle was very loose.

Summary: The front desk staff were helpfully, friendly and respectful. The room could use some maintenance as the caulking and the tiles are coming loose. I requested a late check out for 1pm and standard check out is at noon however the cleaning staff decided to pound on the door at 9:45am like they where police serving a search warrant.

Summary: Not as nice as before. The room was very dusty, so we cleaned it ourselves. There was no remote, so had to pick one up at front desk. The room lacked a lamp or light at the desk.

Summary: This was an overnight stay on our way to another destination. The hotel was easy to find in a good location, with a few food options within walking distance. The foyer and outside of the hotel were lovely. The staff friendly and inviting. The room was well sized and comfortable however probably requires some updating. However we were happy to overlook this because of the friendly nature and staff and surrounding area.
