Summary: It was a nice stay except for the elevator was down and we were on the fourth floor. The stairwell was HOT. When I called to get extra pillows and blankets for the pull out bed there was no extras.

Summary: Pretty good stay! Everything was clean staff was incredibly nice. We mostly stayed for the pool... kids had so much fun. Breakfast was good. Overall great stay will be back.

Summary: Well it wasn't too horrible if you like a bed that is hard as a rock. It didnt have very good water pressure. If you want coffee at 6am better bring it with you and heat it up. Coffee wasn't ready at 6am people were waiting on it. They didn't have anything ready for breakfast. We left about 6:10am.

Summary: We found the breakfast to be lacking in every way. In fact we decided it was the worst breakfast we’d ever had at a motel. The eating area was freezing cold. The food was lukewarm and tasteless. Oatmeal was watery. No sweet rolls. They had two elevators…one was out of order and the other one was maddeningly SLOW.

Summary: When I called b4 making the reservation the desk clerk didn’t mention that the key card maker was broken & each time a guest left their room she had to let them in. Very disappointed also there was 2 semis blocking all the available truck/trailer parking & was told to park across the way up the road with $250,000 worth of truck, trailer & tractor on. Desk clerk was also so high & smelled of marijuana it was very concerning for her safety & guest,

Summary: Room temperature did not get above 66 degrees. Shower was either freezing or scolding after 45 minutes gave up on shower. Shower floor creaked with every movement

Summary: This hotel is the newest in the area. This is why I was surprised it needs significant updates and maintenance. Many aspects, including the elevator, hallways, and guest rooms, show signs of wear and lack the modern amenities one would expect for the cost. For instance, every door and drawer in our room were so worn that they wouldn't close properly. This experience was unusual compared to my previous travels.

Summary: Of all the hotels we stayed at on this trip, this was the only one that I woke up refreshed with no allergy's. The desk clerk was very helpful. She told us that hvac comes in weekly to clean heating/cooling units. Breakfast was pleasant and good. It's off the highway a little so it's quiet. We liked it. Will return next time we drive through on 75.
