Summary: We come down and stay here every few months from Jacksonville, Fl due to me needing to see my doctors at the local hospital. We choose to stay at this place due to cleanliness and awesome staff. We love the comfort of the beds, good choice of food for breakfast, and friendly staff. This past trip the room was less than the cleanliness we have received past trips. The hotel staff was notified and were going to receive service the next day but we had leave. Would stay here again next time.

Summary: Requests for extra pillows were granted. However, the room was not cleaned/restocked during the day. When I called, granted it was late, I had to go get more towels because there was only 1 person working. Parts of the hallway smelled like BO. On the flip side, the bed was comfortable, and the common areas seemed clean.

Summary: The staff is amazing! So welcoming and friendly, everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff to the room attendants. The hotel itself could use an upgrade. The carpets all around were super old and stained, and the room could use a little TLC, also. We were comfortable enough and the location was great.

Summary: It was a great hotel to stay at. Be mindful they do allow pets at this hotel. I was not aware until i got there. Plenty of places to choose from to eat. Every morning the hotel had a continental breakfast which included some hot options as well. Lots of other shopping stores as well. The hotel is about a 10min drive to the beach. We went to Bellaire beach. They had public parking but it was a very small parking area. Get there early if you want a parking spot. They also charge by the hour for parking at the public parking for the beach.
