Summary: This was our return stay from a road trip. I requested a cleaner room this time and the room was better than our previous stay. The hotel overall could use a good cleaning.

Summary: This hotel had excellent ratings but I honestly don’t know how. It was dingy and had a musty smell. The floors and furniture were stained and dirty. The pillows are absolutely pathetic.

Summary: Hotel in great location. Friendly staff and check in efficient. Lobby and breakfast area clean. Room clean, except for bathroom. Very obvious housekeeping does not maintain the corners of the room and paint was peeling off the bathroom shower ceiling. The hotel halls and the rooms doors are in need of a paint job as there are black marks everywhere. The biggest con is the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and this hotel uses those small square bed pillows. Hotel was nice enough, but I would probably choose a different hotel next time just so I could get a good nights sleep.

Summary: The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional—kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the room itself didn’t reflect the same level of care. It was noticeably dirty and in need of serious maintenance. There was chipped paint, rusted door hinges, and an overall outdated feel that just didn’t match the price point. For what I paid, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained space. The friendliness of the staff made the experience more bearable, but the hotel itself really needs an upgrade to meet expectations.
