Positive: spacious room, good breakfast and comfortable and bright seating area.
Negative: Walls not well insulated for sound. Doors close loudly. Did not know that there was underground parking or to use key card for access.

Positive: I loved how beautiful the location is. The hotel room was great.
Summary: When traveling I always choose to stay at an Hampton in. This location by far was the nicest location I’ve stayed at.

Positive: The location is close to my friends and the breakfast was good. I used the treadmill and our rooms were very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the walk in shower with the rolling glass doors. We were on the El Camino side so it got a little noisy when the sun came up but not bad. My husband and I stayed three nights and each enjoyed our own room. Thank you!

Positive: The young lady when I first checked in, was very friendly helpful I encountered two other young ladies the next day, not as friendly, not as helpful
Negative: Parking fee, I think it should be included in your stay. Also, I did not like the fact that they did not give you water every day you stayed in the facility. They only greet you with two waters when you arrive and if you want to purchase a water three dollars for one bottle of water so I went up the street and I bought some waters to keep in my room for the rest of my stay.
