Positive: Its very clean, roomy, feels like home, close to our conference meeting, quite, and also special mention about the free species to use for cooking. 2 bedrooms are perfect for the 3 people..
Negative: Only thing is one of the bed is too noisy could hardly move it make so much noises. Maybe parts are loose but other than that its highly recommend place to stay. We would book this place again when we come back to SJ.

Positive: Excellent location. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Close to the park and to groceries. Host was very responsive and prompt.Belle ensured she had a crib and high chair for toddler as requested. Parking very convenient .
Negative: If you are visiting with babies etc - the walls are very thin and there is fair amount of noise from the upstairs of footsteps etc in the night - but other than that it was fine

Positive: This might be the best house I have lived in USA so far! Price is good, kitchen is full of Chinese seasonings, drier machine works well, free parking place next to the house, quiet street, 10-min walk to Starbucks, supermarket & Chinese restaurant......and the owner is a nice person who can speak both English & Chinese Mandarin. And he helped me to get the Macbook charger left in the house after I checked-out! Would recommend to all my Asian & European friends when they want to stay a few days in Cupertino :)
Negative: 1. I have to say that there are too less sockets in the living room, which made me have to drop off the plug of the light and then charged my Macbook......and it was the main reason why I left the Macbook charger. Pls add more sockets or enough extension leads which are absolutely necessary for travellers. 2. The dustbin in the bathroom is too small. 3. The bowls in the kitchen are too small

Positive: The property was exactly as advertised. It exceeded our expectations with convenient location, good neighbourhood and very helpful and polite hosts. Grocery and shops were are walking distance, including a beautiful park for walk/run. There was parking available onsite which adds to the comfort. The hosts were gracious enough to allow us to check-in our bags early after a long flight and also offered to hold our luggage post checkout as due to a late flight out. The best part was super fast wifi for work from home and TV with all major OTT apps subscribed for entertainment. Would definitely stay again during my next visit.
Negative: No issues during the stay.
Summary: It was a extremely pleasant and convenient stay at this property. Will visit again.

Positive: Location was perfect for our trip requirements, comfortable beds, cleanliness, desk/monitor setup was great for remote working, Nespresso machine, great water pressure in the shower. Private parking was great too.
Negative: Noise bleed from upstairs units. Counter space in the kitchen is extremely limited.

Positive: Would highly recommend this place. Great location. Very close to lot of restaurants and grocery stores. The host is very friendly and great. When she knew that we had kids, she gave us a kids themed apartment, the kids loved and had a lot of fun.
