Summary: Hotel hot water was out my entire stay. I was going back and forth to the hospital on a family emergency. No offer to move me until the last night. Having the family emergency I didn’t have time for that and there was no offer of compensation. I had to take cold showers the entire stay

Summary: Pool/spa down. Desk personnel dressed VERY casual - sweats & slides with a tee shirt. Hotel under construction. I was not pleased with this hotel for the price I had to pay.

Summary: Website offered pool. No pool upon arrival. Toilet in our room was dirty. Elevator had duck tape on floor with padding curtains. No access to simple room needs such as paper towels, plates, utensils. Walls were not soundproof, heard the neighbors yelling/talking. Very uncomfortable and unsatisfying 2 night stay for my kids and I.

Summary: Very disappointed the Suite that I seen on the website hotel.com for the Hampton Inn in Toledo was not the suite that I actually got when I got to the hotel. There was absolutely no furniture except what seemed to be two full-size beds, my 5 yr old grandson slept comfortably by himself,when they were supposed to be two queen size bed and the suite was supposed to have had a couch and a chair in it all it was was a big empty room with no furniture in it and was told that they couldn’t do anything for me. They couldn’t give me a discount. They couldn’t change my room. They couldn’t upgrade my room because I went through hotel.com to book the room another mistake. I will not ever book a room at this Hampton Inn again

Summary: We were told the rooms were remodeled. The tile was cracked in the floor and on the walls, and our shower smelled like sulfur. It was such a horrible smell we had to leave for a while. The staff at breakfast had bad attitudes towards each other and made a scene Saturday morning. The tables were dirty and most of the food was out. We definitely won’t be staying back at this location.

Summary: Lobby is very nice. Rooms are kind of outdated/ missing something. Room was big but in my opinion not worth the rates they charge. I’d stay here again but for far less than I paid.
