Summary: Shower doors would not close. Calcium build on bottom of shower doors was brown and black. Need repair and acid wash on doors.

Summary: In general, I liked the hotel and the staff was lovely. The carpet in the room felt sticky when walking on it barefoot. I had to call to get the tv to work because it wasn’t plugged in properly in the back. (I had a wiggly baby I couldn’t put down at the time) People made such a mess at breakfast, it would have been nice if someone walked around occasionally to check on the messes at the tables left by others.

Summary: Very comfortable and spacious room. Fridge and microwave were extremely helpful, and complimentary breakfast was very good. Super-convenient location--a great exit off Route 495, with a ton of great restaurant and shopping opportunities.

Summary: The room itself was fine, though there was zero water pressure in the shower. Bed was comfy. The pool area was absolutely filthy. There was a sopping wet tampon on the floor, a hot cup from the coffee bar was annihilated and used for what looked like spit balls all by the door to get it in. The room was freezing, the water was freezing. Looks like people had been messing with the safety device. Just all around not enjoyable to be in there. The gentleman at the front desk was a gem, and I hope he’s told regularly that he’s wonderful. Breakfast was rough, options were minimal, lots of stuff was out, even at 8:30. The attendant, however, did his absolute best with what he had available. He was great! There’s a sign in the bathroom that states “if you forget comb, toothbrush,…etc. to call the front desk for a complimentary one.” I did, in fact, forget my hairbrush and called for a comb, and was met with confusion. Was told there’s toothbrushes! Haha Overall though, would stay again, but sincerely hope the pool situation is remedied. The tampon really threw me.

Summary: There for a tournament at Mills Work. Convenient and a nice easy ride over. Clean and good area for shopping etc.

Summary: Very clean. Complimentary breakfast was great! The side of the building where our room was very noisy due to all of the traffic. If we stay again, I would request a room on the other side of the building.

Summary: This location was a very good stay. Conveniently close to everything you need. Very clean and well kept. It would be good to see a little more breakfast options on the menu, including options for non-meat eaters.

Summary: We couldn't figure out how to operate the shower, but the phone was out of order, so I couldn't reach the front desk. Then in the morning there was no hot water.
