Summary: The room was not cleaned/serviced during the entire stay even though I notified the front desk. The receptionist suggested I enter through the rear door as I could park near the room itself. The keycard did not work on the door so I had to return to front desk (on foot) to complain. The problem was with the door not the keycard On the third day the first exit door (near the room) was locked shut from the inside , effectively a fire trap/hazard ....after notifying the front desk it was rectified

Summary: luck of cleanses. i was going to take a shower, then i realized the bathtub was not clean. i see stains from hardwater. it,s a hotel business, cleanliness is important. the foods are all same as other IHG hotels. same frozen eggs and bacons. AC units are so loud.

Summary: Overall the stay was good. Was disappointed to find out there was a $50 charge for pets which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the listing that I could find.

Summary: I have stayed in this hotel twice in the last 6 months and both times the elevator has been out of service. It’s a new hotel but seems to have some major service issues.

Summary: The stay was nice. Access to outside services like food and entertainment is a struggle, the staff was amazing, provided good service and friendly atmosphere, The room was nice. Bed was ok. Bathroom was ok however a roll in shower would have made it perfect.
