Negative: The pool was completely packed last night and the towels were all out, people were drinking alcohol inside the pool and doing backflips when there was a lot of kids in it.

Negative: We had no hot water. There was a problem with noise all night long. I think it was either on our hallway or on the floor above our room.

Positive: I love everything about my grandsons lived the pool and the breakfast The staff was great Norma was a 10 on her own she was very friendly and nice helped me with everything I needed

Negative: Check in could of been earlier 4pm is kinda late for check in I did get lucky was able to check in alittle early
