Positive: Needed to be in the area for a family event so location was perfect for me. Good access to London by bus/train as well as Kingston. Price can't be beat if you are with a group. The apartment had 3 separate bedrooms with real, comfortable beds - great for privacy when you are with a group. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped - there was even some coffee, tea. The 3-bedroom apartment is in the basement but due to the way the building is constructed has doors to the outside (which can be locked properly unlike what's been said in other reviews) and good daylight in the bedrooms. The apartment is well equipped with wardrobes, tvs, mirrors etc. Despite being on a busy road it's surprisingly quiet at night.

Negative: The hallway smelled bad when we were there. The apartment did not though - just the corridor to the apartment. The whole building and honestly even the apartment looks a bit worn-out. As mentioned, the beds, furniture, kitchen is good but the laminate is chipped, paint scratched etc.

Summary: A bit worn-out but clean, great for space, privacy with a group, price can't be beat!

Negative: The beds were a bit dirty and not 100% clean with hairs, the cupboards were yellow and the odour of the place was not the best. When going to the room there was a yellow looking mattress outside the room which looked dirty with put us off straight away. we were put in the underfloor room where service was really bad and for the wifi there were no instructions with front desk not picking up which was very inconvenient, we couldn’t get a refund as there was excuses from the front desk that it is out of control

Summary: If you’re desperate for a night stay and do not care that the place is not 100% up to scratch then stay here

Positive: The apartment t had everything we needed, was immaculate and clean and in a good location for our needs. We were very happy with it.

Negative: The sofa bed was almost impossible to sleep on and very uncomfortable. It wasn't a deal breaker on a two night stay bit could definitely be improved.
