Negative: There’s no sign on the door so could be hard to find if you weren’t escorted by shuttle bus.

Positive: Really good and central location in the middle of Stone Town.
Negative: The room was dark with no natural light. There were lots of mosquitoes in the bathroom and you have to be aware that the rooms are on an street where there is noise and activity all night. We could barely sleep for 2 hours.. The toilet and shower almost fell apart.
Summary: Good location but almost no sleep at all due to noise

Positive: The lady who owns is fantastic, always eager and happy to help and accommodate guests' requests. The location is amazing, everything is within walkable distance of 5-10 minutes. The breakfast is OK, the room is nice and clean and the AC works great. Last but not least, the price is very good for Stone Town.
Negative: The Wi-Fi could use some improvement as it can sometimes die out of the blue and be gone for a long time.

Positive: The room is beautiful as you see in the photos. I liked the style of the house. The mattress is comfortable. The size of the room is excellent. Hannan is very friendly and was ready to help us. The breakfast is served in a restaurant near by, it is good, the chapati was very good as well as the Spanish eggs. You can also change money there.
Negative: The AC was leaking a lot, so we had to use the fan. The curtains are almost invisible, early in the morning you will have a lot of light. There was a big carpet on the floor that was very dirty, also the bathroom was not spotless. It is very neat a mosque and you will listen the prayer as if it is done in your own room.

Positive: 1. Good location(in the middle of stone town and meters away from amazing sights). 2. Food - not so sure but i know breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant. i had an early breakfast cz i was catching an early flight. the lady at the restaurant was and enough to pack for me- bless her and my regards to her. 3. Accommodation was good- a cozy little gem in the middle of town. Bathrooms are really clean ( i love clean bathrooms). 4. Attendants- the caretaker/ owner was very nice. The cleaning lady (Happy) and another lady were also very nice and welcoming. 5. Price- price was fair however, Booking.com quoted a lesser price and i was charged more. This needs to be checked because customers do not want that inconsistency.
Negative: Accommodation- room was a little stuffy but the AC and fan remedied the situation. Location- a lot of outside noise... you can hear all footsteps of people passing outside. But i wasn't surprised cz I mean, it's the nature of the place. But the noise dies down in the night. Price- prices quoted by Booking.come is different from what's usually charged so carry an extra maybe 9 dollars or something. They say its the tax but i dont think because when booking, the breakdown shows and includes the taxes.

Positive: I had a great time staying there , the room was tidy ,and well designed , I loved the location as it's in the heart of stone town , the AC is working perfectly, the breakfast is really good, big portion with a good coffee ,as you see I am in love :)
