Positive: Great location right by the beach and close to everything in Stone Town. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Cozy bedroom. Possible to use all the facilities, including those in the main building. The staff packed me a very early breakfast so I could take my flight on time. I received a fresh juice when arrived - felt very welcomed.

Negative: The building is on a very dark street. But when I needed to leave because it was too late/early, the receptionist kindly accompanied me.

Positive: Great location. Staff were attentive and very courteous.

Negative: Our washroom had poor ventilation and the window overlooked the alley. Smells from the alley drifted up to our bathroom. Very unpleasant.

Positive: The location was great, staff were super friendly and helpful, beach access, breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Negative: We had no hot water during our stay (were allowed to shower in a different room on morning of check out). There was mold on ceiling which can easily be rectified
