Positive: Everything, except the counter staff, was excellent ! - Onsens are good. Food is above expectation. And we like the fact that the lobby lounge offers after drinks and snacks which we can chill after our dinner. Ambience at the lounge is good. Room size is big. Futons beds are still being made, which we truly appreciate.

Negative: Only that the counter staff were either not proficient in english or they were kind of "bothered" if we were to make an enquiry. And it's not just one time. We had a feeling either they were "over-worked" or stressed or hotel was under-staff.
