Summary: Great hotel to stay in Valle de Bravo! only complain was the pool that was dirty the day we arrived and does not have a temperature regulator.

Summary: Overall the rooms are great and has an outstanding view of the lake. Restaurant is outright terrible, food was bad and bland, they can't cook a simple steak and charges 100 pesos for a Nespresso coffee. What we ordered for dinner was not the plates we received as they were sold out of common ingredients but never informed us, but just cooked something. Some of the staff is great - other staff members are so busy with their phones they can't even say hello.
