Positive: Location was fantastic. Sun streamed into lounge in afternoon on cold winter days. Beautiful vista. Excellent secure yard for our small dogs. Great winter retreat. Super walk along lake front a bonus.

Positive: Great location by the lake, quiet, very well stocked, good outdoors seating both at the front and behind the house. The airport next door was little used commercially so it was not an issue at all - some activity on Sunday morning.
Negative: The house is tired but it didn't matter given where it was and what it had.

Positive: Spacious, stunning location, easy parking, comfortable beds & pillows. Good kitchen supplies of cleaning equipment.
Negative: No fly screens so had to keep doors and windows closed with Lake flies and only fans for one bedroom. Hot at night.

Positive: The location was amazing! The view of and access to Lake Rotorua was perfect. So lucky to have come across this home. The whole property was homely with a beautiful wairua. We loved everything about this home and will book every time we visit whānau in Rotorua. There is nothing the hosts haven’t thought of, everything is provided to ensure your stay is relaxing, and perfect in every way. Highly recommend Hannah’s Bay Lakefront 😊
