Summary: Very good hotel with a perfect location. I am also very happy with the staff at the front desk and the personel who welcome you upon arrival. In addition, I was helped to get tickets for an event in an excellent way. I will return to West End when I come back to Nice next time.

Summary: AMAAAAAZING! Would recommend any time :) Jimmi and Mia are the nicest and did there very best to make this stay amazing. And they did great on that. We booked for a second time and planning for a 3rd stay at the end of our Vietnam trip. Besides Jimmi and Mia who are great the location is also a big plus, you can walk to the centre in just 5 minutes ( but have shops and restaurants in the same street), the hotel is clean and other members of the staff are also doing their very best. Breakfast is another big plus, a lot of choices and variation in the food. They are really nice and helpfull, like your staying with friends. They asked how your days was and if you need anything else they make sure everything is going great for you. They have tips for places to go and where not to go :) We even could stall a small suitcase for a longer periode of time while we went on a cruise, which was a nice thing for us.

Summary: This hotel is in the city center and is very close to EVERYTHING. Hotel staffs are so helpful and our room is amazingly clean every single day. Would definitely recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi. Its a 10/10 from us! Thank you for the lovely experience. Cheers!
