This villa was completely renovated in November 2023. Both the entire interior, with a new kitchen and new bathrooms, and the exterior. Nestled in a very popular neighborhood, this villa presents a modern interior design and exudes a timeless charm that meets your highest comfort and desires. The bright villa is furnished with great attention to detail and handcrafted art. As soon as you enter, the inviting sight of a comfortable gray couch invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy evening watching TV. Anyone who wants to play a small tournament will have a lot of fun playing table football.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a high-quality black granite worktop, so you will want for nothing. At the heart of the villa is a classic wooden dining table with seating for six. A high chair for our youngest guests is available as well as a baby bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, as does the second bedroom, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The master bathroom has a feel-good shower and WC. The 2 other bathrooms are each equipped with a shower and WC.
The new outdoor area extends across the entire width of the house and is fenced in with a brand new pool screen. The electrically heated pool invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with a Weber gas barbecue is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. There are also in total 8 comfortable sun loungers at your disposal.
As if the amenities inside weren't enough, the villa's south-facing lakeside prime location is just as enticing. Just a short drive away from countless shopping, dining and entertainment options, so you can easily explore and enjoy the local attractions. And for those seeking outdoor adventures, 5 bicycles, a children's bike, 2 kayaks, 1 double seat canoe, as well as a beach cooler, beach chairs & umbrella are available. 5x fishing equipment is also available for you. This villa offers not only a retreat, but also an unforgettable experience by combining classic elegance with modern comfort in one of the most desirable locations. We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Summary: From start to finish this experience was fantastic. Daniela was our first contact person and she was great to work with regarding questions about the property, a change to our arrival date and a last minute change because of bad weather. The property manager, Talisa, met us at the house the day after our late arrival and did a great job explaining all aspects of the house. The house was as advertised with a great view of lake, clean and comfortable. Great location to everything in Cape Coral.
