Summary: The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has spacious rooms and clean. Ample parking spots inside and across street. Lots of bathroom towels and accessories for the large group. Check in process was very easy. One problem with this house is none of the 4 bathrooms has a proper lock. We had contacted the property owner through message in vrbo account but not sure if they saw our message unfortunately it was never fixed for the entire stay. So bathroom locks are big and only issue we had. Hope they fix it.

Summary: The house had everything we needed. It was close enough to Portland to be comfortable and close enough to other attractions so we didn't have to deal with Portland traffic. House was clean and comfortable. The porch is a great place for coffee in the morning.

Summary: Our family gathered at the Happy Valley home and enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving holiday November, 2021. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were really convenient. I was disappointed to not find any instructions for WiFi or for running the TV. Luckily we are technical and set up a workable system with our own equipment. Most VRBOs come with great information about appliances, electronics, nearby restaurants and stores and network passwords on site. An information booklet would be a a needed add to this property. All bathrooms in the home are handicap assessable. Nice feature, especially since we had one handicapped guest.

Summary: Only downside is doors from inside open and no deadbolts to lock. With an active 18 month old he could open the doors on his own to the outside!

Summary: My Family was very happy here, and they're a bit hard to please. The only issue we had was checking in. We never received any info on how to access the house, and getting it from the owners was a bit of a process. Other than that, though, the house was absolutely perfect. Very clean, spacious and well decorated rooms, great location, and an awesome wrap around porch. I would definitely rent this place again.

Summary: This is a great property. Worked out really well for us. Lots of rooms and beds and area to sleep. Plenty of bathrooms to share with our group of 12 people. Great location in Happy valley and friendly neighbor. Great communication from the owner and allow us to check in a little early. Overall we had great experience and will definitely use again if needs arise. Thanks!

Summary: Cousins came to stay so we could join a few other who live in the area for a reunion. This house had plenty of space for all to have their own room. The house is a little funky but fit our family perfectly.
