Positive: A very solid experience and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Negative: Hotel was friendly and accommodating and we had a room overlooking the harbor and marina. Cost was a huge issue with us as other places just appeared to gouge us for fees and parking.

Positive: The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and supportive. I checked in and immediately lost my key. The woman at the front desk reissue a new one for me and was so sweet about it.

Positive: Breakfast offering was a bonus I wasn't expecting. The room as clean and well stocked with shower amenities.

Negative: There is no way to regulate temperature. As weather in the area is unpredictable (meaning it rained), the room was on the chilly side. The room cost was over what I would normally pay for the age of the facility. While I had no pet, I do appreciate their acceptance of pets as these facilities are hard to find.

Positive: Free breakfast however generally a bit of a run down room in need of renovation. Clean enough room. Can sometimes be loud if you are near the slamming doors where people sore coming and going. Sometimes folks are talking in the hallways at night disturbing our rest.

Positive: Appreciated great service. My special request for a ground floor room was provided. My room was clean, neat and comfortable. The lobby is staffed overnight which is nice. My room had a beautiful view of the harbor and a nice patio. I really appreciated the continental breakfast in the morning.
