Positive: The location was a great view, however the driveway was super steep and you are right on the main road, so everything 30 minutes there is a parade of traffic from the ferry. Mostly didn't notice except in the morning when having coffee and lookin g at the beautiful view of the bay.
Negative: Everything was what we needed.
Summary: View was great, very relaxing.

Positive: The beds were comfortable and the view was great.
Negative: The driveway was extremely difficult to get in and out of. The windows were horribly dirty inside and out and need washing.When you have a view the windows should be clean. Also the area at the bottom of the outside stairs was extremely dangerous for footing. Keys were a little difficult to obtain.

Positive: location is lovely. Although there is a busy road very close to the house, it is set on a hillside with an amazing water view.
Negative: The stove would not turn off. We called, and they said it was just the light, but it was hot. We had to unplug the stove and the second morning we had to have cold breakfast.

Positive: Big picture windows above the road makes you feel like you are right there! Well-appointed kitchen, fat, fluffy bath towels, gas heating/fireplace, and both bedrooms have water views. Location is just 10 min from most things: shopping, dining, hiking, breweries, etc. Great deck for coffee/wine and (bonus secret), if you turn off all the lights at night you get this amazing water view and peaceful escape space to visit with friends and simply BE present. This escape was a gem!
Negative: Maybe a new hair dryer (I think the one they have is 1990's -ha!) - That's all!
