Positive: Very friendly staff, great bar/ restaurant downstairs and brilliant location near the seafront. Also excellent food. We had a great lunch. The fish platter is amazing and great value for money.
Negative: We knew the breakfast was a croissant in the room but with a little thought, a full continental breakfast could have been provided, without staffing. We would have been prepared to pay a little more for this. Having a fridge in the room was fabulous but the freshness of the milk needs checking.
Summary: Generally really great place with lovely staff.

Negative: Nothing really, parking was street parking but that’s about it.

Positive: The room was fantastic, large, clean and comfortable. Extras such as orange juice and croissants were provided. We ate in the restaurant for the two nights we were there and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. Staff were always helpful and friendly

Positive: Staff ( grace) was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, modern and felt quite luxurious, dressing gowns were a nice touch.
Negative: Requested a sea veiw ( paid more) there was possibly a millimetre of sea in view. Would really have loved a breakfast on sight too, especially at that price.

Positive: Bit disappointed to find they didn't do cooked breakfast but the breakfast left in the room was a nice touch. Well thought out and was sufficient to get us going. We left early and had a proper breakfast later on our journey north
