Positive: The view from the room was incredible with a beautiful terrace outside the room to sit and look down in the harbour. The room was comfortable, the en suite is very small but the shower was excellent. Breakfast was good but not generous eg we were given a tiny bowl of fruit pieces to share. We had to leave very early on our second morning we were offered a packed lunch instead which consisted of a sandwich and a drink. Great location to explore the village …be aware it is a steep climb up/down!
Negative: We were disappointed by the welcome. Our room was outside of the main building ..we were expected to find it for ourselves. It felt like we were guests on Bella’s terms. I am gluten free and was expected to provide my own bread. Breakfast is served in 3 sittings. These are little things but when you are paying £200 per night you expect more.

Negative: It would have been nice to have a shared sitting room, especially with this pricing, rather than just your small bedroom. Many other B & B's we have stayed in have this. The bed was not comfortable.

Positive: Service was excellent although, server brought out fruit and toast and pot of tea, although I didn't receive full Scottish breakfast as discussed. No potato scone nor black pudding. Very central location and host was excellent. Luck to get this accommodation at short notice due to missing ferry by 3 minutes.
Negative: Everything was great for myself apart from missing a few items at breakfast as discussed upon arrival. If staying longer it was missing a wardrobe and this may be an issue to other guests.
