The fantastic living accommodation has a 26 sq m spacious lounge/diner with comfortable seating and dining space for 8 with sweeping seaview, kitchen with integrated washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes overlooking Bar street to the first floor. The second floor features the master bedroom with king bed and wall mounted TV, sea views and en suite shower room, a further bedroom with a triple bunk ( double and single) and Murphy bed and a bathroom with whirlpool jet bath, shower, WC and basin.
The 3 bedroom maisonette is well located centrally to the town centre, Scarborough's South bay and the beach, the Spa complex and a wide range of eating and drinking establishments. Also within a short walk of the property is the unspoiled North Bay beach, the restored open air theatre, the miniature railway and the 14 million Alpamere Waterpark.
