Summary: Expected more from Hard Rock I understand they want to cut the expenses but it’s not what customer expect from well known hotel in the world.

Summary: The outlook and room interior design is great! However, due to Christmas time, it could not be able to check-in on time due to the fully booking of hotel while the morning breakfast arrangement needs to be improved during peak time 9:00-10:00. Besides, the shower hot water is not hot and comfortable enough, the room temperature is too cool and the temperature controller did not work. Moreover, there is booking error between the hotel and Expedia platform such that there is only one breakfast offered for two guests per each room by the hotel but clearly mentioned breakfast included for the two guests in the booking order of Expedia. It’s fine that the hotel manager eventually willing to offer back one more breakfast per each room after several time of negotiations.

Summary: The location of the hotel is great. With a big shopping mall with loads of restaurants just across the street. The rooms are clean and tidy with a big bathtub. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.
