Positive: The apartment was big, clean and very modern. It had everything we needed and a great big car park. Within 10 minutes walk was the tram into Reims and the TGV to everywhere else. A fantastic base. We travelled to Paris to meet friends with no issues.

Negative: You have no actual contact with the owner other than via Booking.com. Everytime I responded to the owners messages I got an error back so none of my answers got through. Many places are like this but a back up number would have been good when the mail doesn't word. We had no issues so it was not a big problem but we looked like we were ignoring the mails.

Negative: We found it a real challenge to negotiate all the security codes. Had it not been for my daughter who is computer smart I probably wouldn't have been able to solve the puzzles. And even she was struggling. Make it easier please. The rooms were fine, but we didn't manage to get warm water in the shower and I think there were some bed bugs in the middle room. I had a lot of bites the next morning.
