Summary: Front desk on check out was very rude. They didn’t do our room up after the 1st night. Had to call housekeeping twice about the coffee supply needing to be restocked and the television wasn’t working last night. The maintenance man was very helpful about how to work the TV!!

Summary: This hotel is simply past its prime and needs major renovations. Rooms not very clean, and ergonomically outdated. Nice staff. No real complaints since you get what you pay for.

Summary: Was a little hesitant about staying here after reading reviews. But i have to say it was tremendous as it always has been in the past!! When we hot married in Lake Tahoe 39 years ago we stayed here, it was Caesars then. We have continued to return here and it never disappoints! The only complaint i would have is that there is NO room service!! Common!! We had an upgrade because of our Vip status, the room did not disappoint!! Beautiful view of the lake and mountains!!

Summary: Been staying here on and off since the 1990's. Not much has changed since then in terms of updating. This place is a time capsule. One of the bathrooms had not been cleaned. Housekeeping sent someone to clean it. It literally takes 5 minutes or more for the shower and sink water to heat up. The "resort fee" is mandatory so why not include it in the room price? Parking for hotel guests is now $20/day to park in a lot outside that used to be free. Ventilation is poor in the casino so the check in area has a smoke smell.

Summary: We were surprised to find our room had two bathrooms, even though it was just a two queen bed room. That was nice. The decor could use a refresh. It was quiet overall. No daily housekeeping but we were able to get fresh towels upon request. Within walking distance to a lot of things. Parking can be challenging in the evening as it gets quite full. Rates were a little pricey.

Summary: Lots of fees. Average accommodations. Casino wasn’t anything to write home about. No one working desk at 6:30 for checkout. Waited and waited. Figured out there was an electronic mechanism so I checked myself out. Then there was no one at the valet stand. At this point I was unhappy and went back to the front desk. I loudly started asking if there was anyone here. We had a plain to catch and no one was at the valet. A woman appeared. She said she was in back “doing paperwork”. Whatever. Either way no one was available. But they had no problem charging more fees.
