Our property is located on the top floor with an unobstructed panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. Sunsets to take your breath away. For skiers, walk 100 feet to the Ski Shuttle and you are on your way to Stagecoach or Boulder. You can actually walk down to the Boulder lift.
Recently renovated with brand new vinyl wood floors throughout. Updated master loft bathroom with large walk in shower with Carrara tile, upgraded sink, 2nd vanity area outside of bathroom to allow two people to get ready. Loft area has a Californian King bed and has been upgraded to have a sliding pocket door with open cut out for viewing during the day. At night there is an electronic rolling shade for complete privacy to sleep.
Downstairs kitchen has been upgraded with new stove/oven and refrigerator, pantry and fully stocked kitchen for cooking.
Living area has a beautiful wood table with benches on each side to seat six people. Enjoy the lake view while dining. Brand new sofa and 56 inch wide tv in living room area . Fire place to keep you warm and cozy in the winter.
Outside deck with a BBQ and seating to enjoy the beautiful morning sunrises or sunsets.
Downstairs bedroom has queen bed with tv and small nook area to relax in. Downstairs bathroom upgraded with new vanity and glass shower doors.
Unit is extremely quiet and very comfy. Laundry room just steps from the front door. Spa & Jacuzzi across the parking lot.
There is plenty of parking along with public transit to take you down the hill to all the casinos, shopping areas, lake beaches and more.
There is a small market and sports bar just down the hill from our unit. Enjoy the summer with many great outdoor concerts, bike rentals, paddle boarding, kayaking and hiking. Many areas to hike close by our unit.

Summary: We had an wonderful stay at this condo! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated it was. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. The living room was cozy, and the balcony had breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.The location was perfect—close to the Stagecoach Lift, shuttle right in front of the condo, easy access, quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and eager to make our stay perfect. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience stress-free.We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Summary: The unit was great, with a wonderful balcony and super view of Lake Tahoe. A perfect place to see those sunsets! The unit was part of a condo building that was in need of repairs but this didn't effect our stay at all. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and nice leather couch. Only downside was the three flights of stairs carrying luggage up, but hey, without that we wouldn't have that view! We loved how quiet it was, away from the hustle and bustle of South Lake Tahoe but close enough to get to whatever we wanted. We'd go back!

Summary: Place was exactly as described and views are spectacular. It was a great stop for just the two of us and had everything we needed. Having washer and dryer available just outside our unit was a great plus and couldn’t believe only $1.50 for wash and $1.00 for 60 minutes of dry time time. The description was clear, including that it was in the third floor, so certainly have no complaints with Owner or VRBO, but didn’t factor in the altitude being at 7,600’ and was a challenge bringing in luggage. For 2 people in their 70’s who are not that physically active it was a little tough. We got used to the altitude and overall really loved our stay!

Summary: We booked a last minute trip to Tahoe and stayed at here. Most of our interaction was with Brittany. A small snag during check-in but Brittany took care of everything. Great place with great sunsets.

Summary: Due to our travel schedule we were going to arrive several hours before actual check-in. I contacted the host to see if we might check-in early and they were very accommodating. Upon entering the unit it was very clean, the kitchen was very well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. During our stay, Heavenly was actually closed a day due to a Blizzard. Once again we contacted the host, this time to see if we could extend our stay an additional day so that we could finish our Epic Pass. The unit was available and the host was very helpful with the VRBO process. This was a winter trip, I would definitely like to come back and stay in the Summer.

Summary: as stated, cannot beat the view and location. shuttle (right across street) away from the stagecoach or boulder lifts. or just drive down the street to stagecoach lift for free parking. condo is in-between two lifts; stagecoach & boulder. both beds are comfy and kitchen well stocked. the unbeatable view does require a bit of a hike three floors up, but that’s a small downside in comparison. would definitely stay again
