Summary: Everyone we spoke to was helpful/interested except for Ricardo. He didn’t seem to like his job. You should also know this street is filled with nightclubs. They provide earplugs (as your windows need to be opened) but the taxi horns and partiers will wake you up around 3am. The room was small but cozy.

Summary: Lovely guesthouse in convenient area- about 15-20mins walk into centre.we were able to reach everything easily. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast at the hotel 2 doors down was fabulous!.Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only issue unfortunately was the noise from the metro right outside the window - I know this is not the guesthouse fault but if you are a light sleeper like myself then be prepared if you are at the front like we were.It runs from 5am ish until 1am ish every 10 mins and it is literally outside the window!!!!! The staff were very accommodating and moved us to a basement room after the first night but this was still at the front so still noisy. If you are a deep sleeper then you will have a lovely stay- opt for a room at the back of the house!! Everything else was great- I am only saying to make people aware as I didn't realise when booking up.we couldn't fault anything else- it was lovely.

Summary: We had room 12 which a huge spacious suite - the lounge area was large and had tv and coffee making facilities and then you popped upstairs to the open plan bedroom overlooking the lounge - amazing! would have been nice to have had a street view - but then it was quiet and peaceful at the back :) - would 100% recommend as location was perfect for everything we wanted!!!

Summary: Location was great but the hotel itself was little run down. and didn't have many amenities Internet was bad and the TV options were pretty bad Parking situation was awful and the communication was bad in regards to the how it worked. It was overpriced as well

Summary: A distinguished property that was comfortable and roomy. Very helpful and friendly staff on call 24 hours a day. Ample breakfast next door.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable. Only gripe was the shower pressure which was very poor. Bed super comfortable, and they let us stow our bags until check in which was very useful. Would stay here again. Thanks

Summary: The property is near St. Stephen's Green where my meeting wwas located, so this was a low cost option. Staff were pleasant and the facility was clean but dated. On the downside: There is no Air Conditioning, and the window opened onto the main street, which is right across from a bar. Also, the Ceiling Fan wobbled too much toleave on and get some sleep. Overall, I would say this is a low cost option for winter visits to Dublin. .
