Positive: The hotel was nice and clean, and the location was great. It was pretty close to everything we needed, which made getting around super convenient.
Negative: The only downside was that the entrance was a bit difficult to find, especially when arriving for the first time. The front desk staff was also not very welcoming; he seemed indifferent and honestly appeared annoyed that he had to help us, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Summary: Overall, it was still a comfortable stay, but better signage and more welcoming service would make a big difference.

Positive: The location is convenient, not too far from the freeway entrance and near downtown. The bedside lamps were really cool (automatically turn on ).
Negative: The concrete floor is cold and so it’s difficult to walk around barefoot. The toilet kept making sounds every 30 seconds. One of the electrical outlets didn’t work - I expected more for the price. My door code stopped working one night and so staff had to open my hotel room door.

Positive: I didn't try the breakfast, the gym was great, and the room and amenities were very nice, as were the employees

Positive: The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely kitchen, balcony, and view. Free street parking was easy to find, and getting to and from Broadway Street by Uber was convenient, costing around $10–20. The hotel fulfilled my personal request perfectly.
Negative: I think the hotel should provide free parking in their own parking lot. Hotels in Nashville are generally not cheap, and charging an additional fee for parking seems unnecessary. I had a room facing the city, and the train noise that others mentioned was not an issue. However, the AC unit in the room was a bit noisy — nothing serious, just a low humming sound when it was on. When we arrived, the night staff at reception told us that the street parking next to the hotel was paid, which turned out not to be true. The street parking alongside the hotel is actually free, as confirmed by the day staff. The hotel uses a code system to access both the room and the elevator. My code was six digits long, and honestly, it was a bit annoying to enter it every time. I had a few elevator rides up and down before I finished entering it to be able to press my floor. After a fun night out, trying to press those tiny buttons and the correct code can be quite a challenge! A good old-fashioned room key card would be much simpler.
Summary: Nice, spacious room with a great view of the city. Excellent location and easy parking.
