Our sun-drenched home is tastefully furnished and has wall-to-wall windows facing the water. A four bedroom/four bathroom house that sleeps up to 10 people. Open kitchen featuring a Viking gas stove, wine refrigerator and Nespresso machine stocked with pods. The expansive living area has a 55in flat screen TV & Sonos music and leads to the relaxing patio overlooking the bay. The sunny dining room with large rustic table has a wall of windows to enjoy your meals with a spectacular view. There is a second refrigerator in the garage to store beverages and overflow groceries.
Three bedrooms offer a private balcony and the master includes an extra sitting room. The master and junior master bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms and the quadruple bunk and queen bed room share a bathroom. The junior master bathroom and first floor powder room will be newly renovated by summer 2024 (stay tuned for pics).
With a private dock and direct access to the bay, there are endless ideas for fun activities including swimming, fishing, paddleboard, kayak and the chance to catch crabs from the dock. A pair of SUP and a kayak are available for your use. Watch your kids enjoy it all on the L-shaped outdoor couch on the back deck! Dine al fresco at the teak table that seats 8 later in the day. The beach is only a 5min walk (0.2 miles) with a traffic light to cross the boulevard and you can drop in at Agnello's Market on the way for a drink, snack or lunch. An oversized outdoor shower with dual spray heads awaits your return. This is the perfect retreat to create unforgettable memories.

Summary: I found this house after a last minute change of plans and it was the best thing that could've happened to me... fortunately the owners still had a week open. The location is a perfect Harvey Cedars spot, sitting right on the bay with a private dock and a short bike ride/or walk away from the beach. The furniture is cozy, both outside on the decks & inside (comfortable beds are a key to a happy vacation in my mind). Having an outdoor shower and the garage for an easy in and out to the beach was perfect and being able to enjoy a drink on the back of the house or the upper deck while the kids jumped in the bay with the kayak or a paddle board while was a nice touch. The house comes with bikes, a kayak, a new paddle board, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cart, beach toys and many more "bonus items" to list, the kitchen was fully stocked and it definitely had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The owners were always a text away and were very accommodating and responsive. Leo

Summary: My family and I had an excellent time at XV Cedars! There were six of us there and the house suited us perfectly. The location is excellent - a short walk to the beach or across the way to the Marina to rent paddle boards. The home is bright and sunny and very pleasant. The furnishings are great and there are many thoughtful touches - down to hampers in each closet and toothbrush holders. The availability of beach chairs and a beach cart, as well as bicycles, boogie boards and sand toys made things so easy. Lucy is so accommodating and helpful and a truly gracious hostess. I would recommend this rental property whole-heartedly.

Summary: We stayed at XV Cedars for two weeks in December in order to be close to family and friends during the holidays. Found the offering on line in November and after reviewing many rentals on Long Beach Island we concluded that this home had everything that we were looking for. And it did not disappoint. To begin, the owners are simply so gracious and accommodating that we didn't want to leave. The home is on the water with a beautiful view and the interior furnishings and cleanliness we outstanding. The rooms we well laid out and the bedrooms gorgeous. Having to be there during XMAS and wanting to have a small Christmas tree present when our two year old grandson, visiting from Denver woke, Lucy informed us that there was a stand in the garage along with a tree blanket. Everything in the house was available to the renters including bikes, small boat, etc. Although we were there in the winter and not able to use all of the features available I would conclude that this home would be a great summer rental. Just can't recommend it enough.

Summary: What a beautiful home to stay in on LBI! The house is VERY spacious and well-equipped and the owner's were wonderful to work with. Staying on the bay is awesome and we couldn't have had a more wonderful visit. One of my favorite things about this home was the HUGE and beautiful outdoor shower! At the end of every beach day, returning with three SANDY children, it was so nice and easy to put all three of them in the shower together and get them washed, shampooed and ready for the evening. A mom's dream! :) Thanks so much for everything Lucy!
