Summary: Excellent overall service, including the very good breakfast at large area and relaxing onsen (hot spa). It would be even better if complimentary coffee were available in the large lounge on the ground floor for whole day, so guests can enjoy it while reading manga or working at any time.

Summary: Amazing place to stay at. Comfortable beds, tidy and fresh looking accommodation and there’s a Japanese bath as well! Family with young children, loved our stay!

Summary: Room was nice and decent sized, hotel was clean, parking was easy, front desk staff spoke decent English, and there is a 7-11 close by... so there is really nothing I can complain about.

Summary: The staff tried to please. Most of the staff did not speak English nor any other languages. 1 person knew some English.They did not provide tours nor any form of transport. I liked the onsen,hot springs.Beds (Matresses)were very good.
