Summary: I've stayed here a few times now over the last couple of years and , because of my disability, occasionally have to request certain things. This is why the staff , including the cleaners, get a special mention as they go above and beyond the call of duty and are multi talented especially the lovely Lisa who if isn't management or supervisory staff should be by now. Reasonable prices for food and drink - keep an eye out for the 2 for 1 cocktails - and being right on the seafront has amazing views from the terrace with plenty of seating. One little minus is The Hatfield Lodge could do with a little love on the outside due to the ripped canopy above the entrance.

Summary: A few minor gripes which would of made the stay more comfortable; No fan in the room with the temperature in the 30's, other guests did have one when I asked. No plug socket near the bed, the nearest usable one being on the far wall. No hot water in the bathroom sink, shower okay. No toilet brush?????

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here Lovely staff, nice room (we were over the road) and lovely bar area. Grateful that we were able to leave our bags at reception to allow us to make the most of the day.

Summary: Hotel ok, nice refurbished rooms although couldn't seem to get tv channels was only internet channels, overwhelmed at breakfast - we waited 45 minutes then we had to get a refund and leave as on a schedule- clearly not enough kitchen people !

Summary: Location is great and the staff were lovely but overall a bit disappointed. Glad we booked the room when it was on discount. We wouldn’t stay again. The beds were awful and uncomfortable, springs were noisy with every tiny movement. The curtains in the room were also poor and didn’t block out the light at all meaning we were awake by 5.30am with sunlight streaming in. There was a big crack in the side of the bath and a bit of mould on the bathroom ceiling. Appreciate it’s not advertised as a 5* hotel but the curtains and beds should have been better.

Summary: Disability access is terrible, doors were very narrow and extra impossible to open. We requested a bathtub but only a shower in our room but no safety grab rails at all - just a scalding hot radiator at hand!9
