Positive: Location is excellent, close to main road, neighbourhood is very quiet, beautifull terace and backyard. The house have all needed appliances available like at most homes. Lot of sunlight trough many windows. Heating system is perfect, spacious bathroom and rooms. Stunning wooden flooring in living room. Flawless communication and wellcome by the owner. Thank you.

Positive: Very nice accommodation, close to lake, private garden with grill place. Washing machine and drying machine available. Highly recommended!

Negative: Maybe better to move TV from the bedroom to the livingroom.

Positive: The house is very spacious, well equipped and clean. The owner responds quickly and friendly. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the beautiful lakel. The bedrooms are big with nice beds. The surrounding area is well maintained and quiet in the evening. Most of the water access are payed beach clubs. They are not expensive and have fun facilities in the water. The free access points are small and don't have space for laying down a towel. Daytrips to Villach, Klagenfurt and even Slovenia are nice to do. There are a lot of marked hike trails in the area. The Schluchtweg hike to a waterfall is a nice one. It does require hiking boots and bringing some water is advised.

Negative: Its hard to find something we didn't like. We did not miss a Wifi connection but I guess it would make the house a lot more attractive to other visitors.
