Positive: Amazing location & nice views from both balconies. Clean & tidy house with all needed for joyfully rest. Beds are comfy and both kitchens well equipped. Thanks to the hosts for the time spent :-)
Negative: Indeed, booking add shows that additional costs may apply but to be honest never seen such a wide list of them: Electricity, water & gas (1.70 €, / kwh, 0.48 €, / m3, 6,75€ - subject to change), towels & bed linen (22.5 € per person), pets (45 € per 1, max 2), grill cleaning (15 €) and the rest is minor. The questionable part is that the booking is "firm" and all the above "becomes visible" only after the full amount is paid, leaving no options or possibility to cancel it or get your money back. Might not be an issue for someone, but still I would assume it could be a good thing to change the booking type from "firm" to "flexible" so you can do a step "backwards" after getting notified about all additional costs.

Positive: The location and the view from the balcony were gorgeous!
Negative: It wasn't very clean. My mistake was that I did not understand that I had to pay 22.5 € for bed linen and towels separately. Because for the first time I was faced with the fact that you have to pay for it... when in other places it is included in the price of housing (and the price of this house is not low). We didn't want to pay the owner for this.. and went to the nearest store and bought everything new for the same price (22,5€)
Summary: To be honest, we did not like living in this house...
