Positive: Very nice hosts, very helpful. We were welcomed with beer and wine :). The apartmanert is huge, very clean. Very large and clean bathroom. Large and nice terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. Nice location off the beaten track, quiet and peaceful but close to the train station and very close to the lake and the town nearby. Train tickets included in the price of the tourist tax. The internet connection worked very well. Comfortable beds. Lots of wardrobes. Free parking space. A very good place to spend even many days to see Lake Constance by car, bike or train.
