Summary: It was good except that the A/C unit was leaking for the first two nights. The streets are also very loud at night so it would be advisable to use ear plugs. Beatrice was very friendly and helpful.

Summary: We had a great stay at Havana Dream from the moment we arrived. When we arrived at Havana airport our luggage was lost. We had to stand in a que at the airport for several hours to fill out forms for that. This resulted in us only arriving at our accomodation at 2AM. Even at this hour we were still very well received. We were told to call the luggage warehouse at the airport to follow up on the status of our luggage. Given our inability to speak Spanish, this was nearly impossible for us. The manager was kind enough to call on our behalf. Not only did she call once, but she kept calling over two days to continue getting updates about our luggage. If not for her kindness and willingness to assist, I don't know what we would have done. It is not everyday that a stranger is so kind and helpful! The room was also very neat and had everything we needed. The accomodation has a lovely view from the rooftop terrace. It is well located and at a walkable distance from Old Havana. I highly recommend staying here.

Summary: The Havana Dream is a great place to stay in Old Havana. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious with add on extras such as toiletries bathrobes safe fridge etc. The Manager Beatrice and all the staff were so hospitable and responded quickly to anything i needed during my stay. Do take the breakfast there, its served at a big dining table in the lounge and is delicious. Cant thank the staff enough for a wonderful stay. Oh and its only a five minute walk to the Central park square. Couldnt ask for more.

Summary: Staying at Havana Dream WAS a dream. The customer service was just amazing! My initial room faced the street and was a bit too noisy for me, so they gave me a lovely room in the back! My iPhone 14 didn't take a SIM card, so they lent me a hot spot that took my SIM card! I needed an early morning breakfast one day and they made it happen. And on my final day, when I wasn't going to leave until 3:00 pm, they offered me FREE late check out. Both evening and day staff were equally kind and generous. And the rooms were nicely appointed, with comfortable beds and piping hot showers! If you are going to stay in Old Havana and looking for an affordable spot - this is your place!

Summary: friendly and helpful staff - Bea was fantastic the apartment was clean and well equipped- the bed was very comfortable Linen was cleaned and sheets changed even though only there for 4 nights Great location - all of Havana is walkable from the apartment 3 flights of stairs so not for the anyone with walking issues
