A copy of Drivers License and a signed Rental Agreement is required.
This home is located in a high demand vacation area. If the dates you are wanting are not available please visit our sister home. "Voted Best View" (put in search bar - 914665) It is located in the same community and is a very similar home.

A magnificently crafted, 3-story, 2600 square foot on 1-1/2 acre mountain home, inside of a gated community with all paved roads. (There are two waterfalls inside of our gated community)
Enjoy the 1800 sq. ft. deck. Sit around the burn table with a glass of wine and watch the sunset, or soak in the Large 5 person Hot Tub that has been thoughtfully situated to take in the amazing views! The main deck also has a BBQ Grill and plenty of seating.
The first level deck is perfect for Yoga. (A local instructor is available for bookings)
Just below is a large fire pit to roast s'mores or roast your friends. The memories of laughter will warm your hearts for a lifetime.
The game room inside on the 1st floor is sure to be a hit. It provides plenty of space and tables for your favorite board game play off. Enjoy the Ping Pong table and watch your favorite movie.
We did our homework when we chose to build in this area. We found this area to be the perfect location. It is close to every kind of activity you can think of, yet secluded to give the ultimate peaceful experience.

The gated entrance is right off US Hwy 221 and 13 miles from Interstate 40, this Linville Mountain Acres-Linville Falls property is secluded yet easily accessed. For your point of reference the entrance of our community is 2 miles from Linville Caverns.
