Positive: We were greeted upon entrance by the horses and the country-side views were stunning! The property was very clean & well-maintained and our dog had a blast. The spa was a very nice addition especially under a starry night sky. The host, Jean was super communicative and made the entire experience truly relaxing and enjoyable!

Positive: Very cute tiny house set in a rural setting very close to Taumarunui. The deck is sunny and private, and the wood fired hot tub is a lovely addition. While the interior is small, the connecting indoor/outdoor area is roomy and keeps lovely and warm with the heater. A lovely place to stop for a night, and the owner is very attentive and responsive.

Negative: Maybe a couple of comfortable outdoor chairs could be nice, but a very minor suggestion :)

Summary: Beats a non-descript motel any day.
