The Mendip 9 static holiday home is a ‘Willerby Rio’, 3-bedroom holiday home with side decking within Mendip Close at the prestigious Haven Holiday Village in Burnham-on-Sea. Mendip Close is a slightly quieter location within the Holiday Village close to the 2 picturesque fishing lakes. Ample parking is available very nearby. This is a pet free site and unfortunately pets are not allowed in the property or on the site. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are supplied but towels are not, so please bring these with you.
For holiday stays throughout March and November only the shop and laundrette will be open as this is pre/end of season. However, there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area,

A family table with ample seating adjoining the kitchen and lounge areas.

Lounge area
A spacious, comfortable lounge with plenty of seating and windows to all aspects. A 42” flat screen TV, DVD player, radio with ceiling fitted speakers. Gas fire, coffee table and storage.

The Mendip 9, Rio Holiday Home is ‘Prestige’ graded and benefits from double glazing and gas central heating throughout.

Please note that entertainment passes are not included in the caravan rental but can be purchased from the Haven reception.

Summary: The only thing we could fault was that there were no cleaning materials or equipment of any sort. We were lucky enough to be able to go and get this but a small cleaning and sanitary pack would be a good idea for future guests.

Summary: We had a great time and were very lucky with the weather. We were able to spend our evenings eating and drinking on the decking while the kids had a great time with other kids from nearby caravans ! Just a couple of small niggles - the beds are small and not very comfortable , and the kitchen equipment was very basic- just one saucepan ?? Otherwise we had a great time. So much to do locally !

Summary: The Communication with the manager was fantastic.But the caravan itself was very dusty.There was grease all over the cooker & smelt of strong curry the smell was so bad it was more than just cooking it was in all the fabric we felt.Not nice.The complex itself was nice a clean.

Summary: Having booked the caravan at a days notice I cannot fault a thing. Communication was was amazing and I was advised of everything from the beginning. The caravan is lovely, in a quiet location on the park and the park is so clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend 😃
